The Texas Horse Park is a 500+ acre destination for people who love horses.  It is designed to host world-class equestrian competitions of all types, provide riding trails, and offer a variety of riding programs.   The Texas Horse Park is part of Dallas’ Trinity River Corridor Project that is creating livable neighborhoods, successful shopping and business centers and an exciting and diverse set of attractions along the river.

The competition and show venues will feature state-of-the-art facilities that can accommodate international competitions and shows of every kind.  The Community Center has been designed to provide a comfortable and welcoming home to the neighboring community.  It will house nonprofit partners that provide horse-related programs, a School of Horsemanship, a therapeutic riding facility and boarding facilities.

Dollars invested in the Texas Horse Park will return substantial economic benefits in terms of new jobs, increased business opportunities and additional revenues from sales and hotel occupancy taxes.  The Texas Horse Park, along with the activities planned for the Great Trinity Forest and other parts of the Trinity River Corridor will add important new ecotourism locations in the Dallas area.
