Amazing day at the Texas Horse Park! Riders from the community enjoyed a beautiful day on horseback and helped raise much needed funds for the St. Jude's Children's Hospital. Thank you to all the participants, we look forward to the next trail ride!

"Ride for the Rescues" June 13, 2010
Texas Horse Park proudly joined the American Competitive Trail Horse Association and the Humane Society of the United States in the Ride for the Rescues . The ride raised funds for Equine Rescue across the country and helped set a Guinness World Record for the largest trail ride in history. Participants got a Sneak Peek at the site of the future Texas Horse Park, with a halfway point rest stop at the beautiful Trinity River Audubon Center.

"Horses and Helicopters" May 12, 2010
THP Guests mingled in the Great Hall of the Trinity River Audobon Center as they awaited tours by land and air of the adjacent 600 acre Texas Horse Park. This exciting evening was hosted by the Trinity River Trust Rat Pack. THP board member Mary Rhoades and her husband James, owners of Zebra Air, Inc. generously provided fellow board members and THP friends rides over the Texas Horse Park, while Sewell Automotive provided land tours in luxury SUVs. What a great way to view this incredible property that is about to become a World Class Equestrian facility.

"Trail Ride" April 24, 2010
The THP Board hosted a 2nd trail ride on April 24, 2010 for enthusiasts who were prevented from joining in the Inaugural ride due to uncertain weather conditions. They were treated to hours exploring the grounds under gloriously sunny skies.
