Mike Gill, Director

Mike Gill is currently Vice President of ACS Sales for MIS Group, a software company that he has been instrumental in growing from a 12 person, one location reseller to a company which employs just over 150 people and operates in five offices covering the Southwest. Mr. Gill also owns Gallery Six, Inc., a design showroom located in the Dallas Market Center that he and his wife started in 1996. Gallery Six, Inc. is currently one of the largest design showrooms in the southwest. Before Gallery Six, Mr. Gill experienced entrepreneurial success with a wholesale furniture distributing company (Bixler Distributing) and later started a furniture manufacturer (Eldorado Manufacturing). Mr. Gill’s professional experience includes time with First National Bank Dallas and United National Bank, a part of the Ford Bank Group. During his time with United National, he worked in various merger and acquisition capacities as the organization grew from 16 banks to over 300 banks. Mr. Gill is also involved with the Sierra Club, the Texas Democratic Party and is a member of the Dad’s Club for both St. Monica Catholic Church and Ursuline Academy. Mr. Gill earned his BSBA in Finance from the University of Missouri and his MBA from Southern Methodist University. Horses are a meaningful part of Mr. Gill’s life and the life of his family. They own a facility in McKinney dedicated to breeding and training Arabians for the sport of Endurance riding. Mr. Gill’s wife, Victoria, is a rider who formerly participated in the rodeo circuit. His daughter, Larkin, is an eventer who competes all over the Midwest and Southwest and the Gills are active members of the United States Eventing Association.
