Community Center and School of Horsemanship

Substantial space at the Texas Horse Park will be dedicated to the Community Outreach Center and School of Horsemanship. Included in this Center will be:

A therapeutic riding and hippotherapy center with
its own barn and arenas

A barn for boarders that will accommodate 40 horses

A barn for school horses for various outreach programs
and the School of Horsemanship

A covered arena

An uncovered arena

Pastures and paddocks

Quarantine barn

Space for veterinarians

A Community Center with office space for nonprofits
providing horse-related programs

Classroom space

A media/communications center

A large meeting hall that can be subdivided into smaller spaces

Lounge and viewing areas for parents/family

Kitchen facilities

Staff lounge areas

Hay/feed and equipment storage facilities
